first of all put the battery out of mobile
press power button +volume key together for 30-40 seconds [some handset support power+volume up,some handset support power+volume down ,some handset like Samsung support power+volume+home button]
Now you will see the menu
Here you will find many options use volume buttons for options and power for select/ok

Now select wipe cache and wipe data then select yes from the menu
Now reboot your device it will be unlocked
NOTE: WIPE CACHE WILL DELETE YOUR MOBILE'S PHOTOS AND APPS
